'I believe in Angels' - journal page

Hello, friends and fellow crafters!

I hope you have had a fab day?

I thought to myself, as much as I love butterflies I'm slightly "over-butterflied". I know it's not a word, but it just popped into my mind :) I recently got the Jumbo Butterfly Trio and played with it so much I think I need to let it rest for a while. But that's me, if I like something I will play with it for a while. Guess what though?!!! I got myself a NEW toy!! It was my birthday on 29th January so I thought what the heck... and treated myself! Haaaappy Biiirthday to meee, happy birthday to meee... :)  I have found a bargain of all bargains on

Birthday Love

It was my birthday yesterday and I received so much birthday love I felt spoiled! Big thank you to my family and friends who remembered, especially to my dear Greg and my girls! Isabella, who's two, made me a beautiful birthday card all by herself. She even told me it was a surprise so not to look... so sweet!

Thank you, my Lovelies! All my love!

'Angel in Disguise' - Journal Page for Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge ('Blues')

Hello there!

The weekend is finally here! Yay! I'm especially looking forward to our Sunday family craft up! This weekend is also special to me as I have at the very last minute decided to create and submit a journal page for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. This time is is themed 'Blues'. Exciting, right? My journal page is a little tribute to my dear Grandma who recently passed away, God bless her. I have chosen a butterfly theme as to me (and many) it is a symbol of transformation and I'd like to think that my Grandma is now an Angel :)

I hope you like it. Please keep your fingers crossed for me and any I'd love to hear from you so feel free to comment.

Thank you for stopping by! All the best!

Of course, most of my presents were craft supplies...Thank you, Santa! :) ...and of course, some of my presents to my lovely friends and family were handmade gifts this Christmas. I had so much fun making them and they were a hit. Today I want to tell you how I made this lovely no-sew tutu skirt for my toddler.
